My name is Aoife O’Brien and you are very welcome to my website. I am a passionate and experienced Life Coach, Nutritionist and Health Promotion Practitioner.
My mission is to help people create positive change in their lives.
My practical approach is a culmination of years of self- exploratory work and healing combined with qualifications in Life & Executive Coaching, Nutrition (MSc) and Health Promotion (BSc).

People usually come to me when they feel stuck in life, or lost, or something just doesn’t feel right. I have been there and understand what it feels like. I help you peel back the layers, discover what is holding you back and ways to move forward.

I offer a non- judgemental coaching service with an abundance of empathy and compassion. I truly love helping people discover who they really are and achieve what they really want in life.

I have a particular interest in Nutrition, Body Image and Eating Disorder Recovery. Unfortunately, many people's relationship with food and their bodies can be very
negative, stressful and destructive. I have been there in the past and understand how challenging it is to be consumed by thoughts of food all day long. I feel privileged to now successfully help people to feel at ease again in their body and around food.
