  • Putting your life on hold until you reach that desired weight/size

  • Avoidance of certain situations and opportunities because you believe negative things about your body/size

My practical approach is Inclusive, Respectful, Compassionate and HAES (Health At Every Size) aligned. It is not a quick fix and ultimately, involves Un-Learning deeply ingrained beliefs that you have inherited about Health, Food & Nutrition. This requires trust, patience, practice & plenty of compassion. It truly transformed my life in the best way possible and I would love to support you along this path.
