LIFE COACHING

Helps if you feel lost, stuck, at a crossroads, struggling with an issue or goal or generally feeling flat and unmotivated.

Life Coaching gives you an opportunity to identify what you really want in life or certain areas of your life.

It helps bring you’re potential to the surface, highlight any obstacles that are keeping you stuck and ultimately, a way to move forward.

3A'S: Awareness, Acceptance and Action

Awareness: Without Awareness, you cannot create change.

Acceptance: Acceptance of the situation (without judgement) is a crucial part of the process

Action: Change cannot happen without taking Action

Awareness

 Often people jump straight to Action without questioning their intention. Asking the following questions helps increase Awareness.

Is this something I really want? Why do I want this? Does this align with what I believe in? What difference will this make in my life? Am I doing this because I think I SHOULD be? Is this realistic in my life right now with my other priorities?

Acceptance

​

Knowing where you want to go is one thing, but people can get stuck when they constantly judge where they are currently “I shouldn’t be in this position, If only I had done this sooner, I wish this wasn’t the case etc.” This judgement will not help you to move forward. No- one makes positive, lasting changes acting from a place of judgement. Accepting where you are at does not mean you are settling, it just allows you to accept things as they are and then you can begin to move forward.

Action

​

A dream without a plan is just a wish. It is common to get stuck in the pattern of thinking about all the things you want to do or something new you want to achieve without taking action. Often it can feel overwhelming thinking about the end goal without breaking it down into manageable steps. Coaching is very practical and helps people to get clarity on the steps needed to move forward.
